Green Salad Italian

Green Salad Italian is another favorite salad of mine. I learnt this Green Salad Italian when I was doing my graduation in Italy. Have never forgotten it since!
|Boston lettuce||2 , washed, drained, hand torn|
|Celery leaves||60 Milliliter, washed, dried (1/4 Cup)|
|Spinach||60 Milliliter, washed, dried (1/4 Cup)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic cloves||2 Small, finely sliced|
|Lemon||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Corn oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Mayonnaise||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dijon mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Oregano||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
– In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, and celery leaves and set aside.
– In a small bowl, combine other ingredients (except cheese). Pour mixture over salad. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
