Green Salad Italian is another favorite salad of mine. I learnt this Green Salad Italian when I was doing my graduation in Italy. Have never forgotten it since!
Ingredients
  Boston lettuce 2 , washed, drained, hand torn
  Celery leaves 60 Milliliter, washed, dried (1/4 Cup)
  Spinach 60 Milliliter, washed, dried (1/4 Cup)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic cloves 2 Small, finely sliced
  Lemon 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Corn oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mayonnaise 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dijon mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Grated parmesan cheese 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, and celery leaves and set aside.
–  In a small bowl, combine other ingredients (except cheese). Pour mixture over salad. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
