Here is another delicious Steamed Dandelion Greens recipe from my side. This Steamed Dandelion Greens is a recipe which you will make again and again. You will thank me for introducing it to you!
Ingredients
  Dandelion greens 2 Bunch (200 gm), trimmed and washed well
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Low sodium chicken broth/Beef broth 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled (230 Gram)
  Fresh basil 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pepper 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Trim off bottom third of stems; wash leaves and remaining stems well.
Chop into bite-size pieces.
In a large saucepan or skillet, heat oil.
Add chopped greens, broth and basil.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
