Roman Meal Cinnamon Streusel Cake

|Packed brown sugar||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|All purpose flour||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Roman Meal)|
|Granulated sugar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Skim milk||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Molasses||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Egg whites/1 egg||2|
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Topping: Blend flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in melted butter and set aside.
Grease and flour 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cereal and sugar.
Beat milk, yogurt and molasses with egg whites; add all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir until just blended.
Spread half into prepared baking pan and sprinkle with half of Topping.
Cover with remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of Topping.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
