Ingredients
  Flour 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Packed brown sugar 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  All purpose flour 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Roman Meal)
  Granulated sugar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Skim milk 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Molasses 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Egg whites/1 egg 2
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Topping: Blend flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in melted butter and set aside.
Grease and flour 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Set aside.
In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cereal and sugar.
Beat milk, yogurt and molasses with egg whites; add all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir until just blended.
Spread half into prepared baking pan and sprinkle with half of Topping.
Cover with remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of Topping.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
