White Bean Soup Tuscan Style

Ingredients
  Matchstick carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Fresh spinach 10 Ounce, washed (1 Bag)
  Italian sausage with peppers and onions sauce 26 Ounce (1 Jar, Classico)
  Canned cannellini beans/Other white beans 38 Ounce, rinsed & drained (2 Cans, 19 Ounce Each)
  Cooked ditalini/Other small pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes 4
  Cabernet sauvignon/Chardonnay wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kendal Jackson)
Directions

1. Heat a large stock pot over medium heat for one minute; add the ham and carrots and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add bouillon cubes and 3 cups of hot water.
2. Bring to a boil and stir in the ditalini pasta. Lower heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the Classico pasta sauce, wine and bag spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add beans and cook for additional 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty Italian bread.
