The Italian Sausage is a tasty meat dish that everyone in my family loves. This is often served on Sundays at home. Try this wonderful Italian Sausage recipe!
  Italian sausage links 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 11/2-inch pieces
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled and cut into small chunks
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Green peppers 3 Medium, cut in to chunks
  Onions 3 Medium, cut in to chunks
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)

In 3-quart casserole, combine sausage, potatoes and garlic.
Cook, covered with lid, at HIGH 11 to 13 minutes, or until potatoes are tender; stir twice.
Drain; stir in remaining ingredients and cook, covered, at HIGH 12 to 13 minutes, or until vegetables are tender; stir twice.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes
