Microwaved Italian Style Meat Sauce

This Italian Meat Sauce is a tasty beef and vegetables dip with adequate spicy seasoning. Try this Italian Meat Sauce and tell me if you like it.
Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned italian style tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained and cut in pieces (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Cans)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine onion, garlic and oil in a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 to 5 minutes at High, or until onion is soft; stir once.
2. Add meat and mix well. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 4 to 5 minutes at High, or until meat is no longer pink; stir once. Remove excess fat.
3. Stir remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cook covered in microwave oven 5 to 8 minutes at High, or until bubbly; stir once.
