  Pork loin chops 6 , cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Italian salad dressing mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked spaghetti/Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In large skillet slowly brown the chops in hot oil.
Add Italian salad dressing mix, wine, and the 1/2 cup water.
Cover and simmer till chops are tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the chops to serving platter; keep warm.
Measure pan juices; add water if necessary to equal 1 1/4 cups.
Blend the 2 tablespoons cold water slowly into cornstarch.
Stir into pan juices.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
