Italian Seasoned Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||6 , cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Italian salad dressing mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked spaghetti/Noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In large skillet slowly brown the chops in hot oil.
Add Italian salad dressing mix, wine, and the 1/2 cup water.
Cover and simmer till chops are tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the chops to serving platter; keep warm.
Measure pan juices; add water if necessary to equal 1 1/4 cups.
Blend the 2 tablespoons cold water slowly into cornstarch.
Stir into pan juices.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
