Italian Style Broccoli
|Broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into flowerets|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Steam broccoli in large skillet for 5 minutes until crispy tender.
Remove broccoli and drain.
Pour oil into skillet and add garlic.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until garlic is lightly browned.
Add broccoli and lemon juice.
Cover and cook for an additional minute.
