This baked pasta dish is a great comfort food to share with your family it has homemade tomato sauce and three different yummy cheeses.
  Whole wheat penne/Whole wheat ziti 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole milk ricotta 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole wheat penne/Citti 1⁄2 Pound (Cooked)
  Mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Whole milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Harvest Eating)
  Herbs de provence 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. In a large bowl add cooked pasta, douse with 2 cups sauce and ricotta cheese, mix well.
2. Start layering pasta in baking dish, add more sauce, mozzarella cheese, herbs, salt & pepper plus Parmesan cheese.
3. Repeat layers topping dish with remaining mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly, melted and starting to brown a touch.
