Delicious Kale Almond Pesto

Did you think pesto was just basil and pine nuts? Learn how to create a unique winter time pesto from kale and almonds.
Ingredients
  Almond 1 Tablespoon
  Kale 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Parmigiano reggiano 1 Tablespoon
  Shallot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Take some toasted almond. Dump them in a food processor.

Put a piece of Parmigiano red chiano in the blender and blend.

Now add the kale that is cooked with little bit shallots, quite a bit of garlic and tiny bit of water. Let the kale go into the blender.

Put some kosher salt and pepper and a bit of kale fell down.

Start the blender and add a little olive oil as it blends.

Taste it to check the salt and here is a healthy kale and almond pesto.
