Veal Scallopini In Italian Gravy

Ingredients
  Veal 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil/Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Canned button mushrooms 8 Ounce (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Meatless italian gravy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Season veal with salt; sprinkle with pepper and dust with flour.
In a heavy frying pan, brown meat in oil.
Add mushrooms, mushroom liquid, and gravy.
Cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour or until meat is tender; stir occasionally. (If sauce is a little thick for your taste, thin with water or beef broth.)
