Veal Scallopini In Italian Gravy
|Veal||1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned button mushrooms||8 Ounce (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Meatless italian gravy||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Season veal with salt; sprinkle with pepper and dust with flour.
In a heavy frying pan, brown meat in oil.
Add mushrooms, mushroom liquid, and gravy.
Cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour or until meat is tender; stir occasionally. (If sauce is a little thick for your taste, thin with water or beef broth.)
