Antipasto is very easy to prepare dish. Antipasto has a defining taste. Antipasto can be served with any kind of course.
Ingredients
  Palm hearts 1 Can (10 oz), sliced
  Miniature corn 1 Can (10 oz), sliced
  Artichoke hearts 1 Can (10 oz)
  Black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dijon mustard with tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all vegetables, except lettuce.
In a blender, whip dressing ingredients.
Pour over vegetables.
Marinate in refrigerator 12 hours.
Spoon antipasto over a bed of lettuce.
