Zabaglione

Zabaione is easy to make recipe. Zabaione gets its taste from eggs mixed with maraschino and flavored with vanilla. Zabaione is inspired by many food joints around the world.
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla flavored sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Marsala 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maraschino. 1 Dash
Directions

Using a rotary beater, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until very thick.
Blend in the Marsala and maraschino, beating constantly.
Turn mixture into top of a double boiler and cook over simmering water; continue beating until mixture is very light and begins to rise to top of double boiler.
Immediately remove from heat.
