Zesty Italian Dressing
|Vegetable bouillon cube||1⁄4|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato paste/Chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil crumbled||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), sliced|
|Red wine vinegar/Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1 ln a food processor or blender, whirl the bouillon cube with the water until dissolved.
Add the pimiento, basil, and garlic and whirl for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Add thevinegar and oil and whirl 1 or2 minutes more or until well combined.
Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 1 week.
Whisk well before using.
