Ingredients
  Pasta shells 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooled and cooked (Medium Sized Ones)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved lengthwise, sliced
  Cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Creamy italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Any Commercial Brand)
  Head of lettuce 1 , hand torn
  Endive heads 3 , minced
  Tomato 1 , quartered
  Mozzarella cheese slice 2 , cut into strips
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

In a bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, ham, celery and green onions.
Mix with a little dressing.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve only, place lettuce and endive into a salad bowl.
Add pasta mixture.
Toss gently.
Garnish with tomato wedges and cheese strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
