Roman Meal Banana-Nut Bread
|All purpose flour||320 Milliliter (1 1/3 Cup)|
|Granulated sugar||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Cereal||160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Chopped nuts||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Mashed banana||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Skim milk||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Egg whites/2 whole egg||3|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cereal and nuts.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat with fork to mix.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Bake in greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely on rack.
