  All purpose flour 320 Milliliter (1 1/3 Cup)
  Granulated sugar 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Cereal 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Chopped nuts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Mashed banana 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Skim milk 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Egg whites/2 whole egg 3
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)

In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cereal and nuts.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat with fork to mix.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Bake in greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely on rack.
