I caught hold of this Italian cutlet recipe on my last visit to my grandmother in Italy. She has been using it for years and I love the taste of these Italian cutlets each time she makes it for me. Your family will begin loving you more know!
8 Ounce (1 Can)
1 Tablespoon (Crisco Brand)
Dried oregano leaves
1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Dried parsley flakes
Dried thyme leaves
Garlic/1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Crushed red pepper
Turkey breast cutlets
Combine tomato sauce, Crisco® Oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, salt, garlic and crushed red pepper in small bowl.
Spread one tablespoon sauce over each cudet.
Place, seam side down, in 8-inch square baking dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over cutlets.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
