Italian Style Microwaved Halibut Steaks
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Low calorie italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Halibut steaks||4 (1 Inch Thick)|
To Microwave: Place fish in microwave-safe dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning fish over once.
Turn back one corner of plastic wrap to vent.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH (100% power), rotating dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes.
Fish is done when it flakes with fork.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
