Gnocchi With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk 185 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cheese 200 Gram, crumbled
  Cream 200 Milliliter
  Potato 500 Gram
  Butter 60 Gram
  Walnuts 60 Gram, toasted and chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook potato in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
To make sauce, place cheese, milk and butter in a saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Stir in walnuts, cream and black pepper to taste, bring to simmering and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens.
Spoon sauce over hot gnocchi and toss to combine.
