Basic And Fresh Tomato Onions Bruschetta

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  French bread loaf 1
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Onions 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sun dried tomato 4
Directions

Procedure for bruschetta Cut thick slices from bread loaf.
Toast them on a grill or barbecue.
Rub lightly with a cut clove of garlic to add a delicate flavour.
Procedure for topping Saute the gralic in olive oil and butter heated in a pan.
Now add onions and cook till golden in colour.
Season to taste and stir in tomatoes.
Spoon on the mix onto a grilled slice of bread and grill for a minute.
