Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and chopped finely
  Sunflower oil/Similar kind of oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, de-seeded and sliced thinly
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Wheat free soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Peeled prawns 1⁄2 Pound (1/4 Kilogram)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 2
Directions

Fry the onion in the oil.
Crush in the garlic, using a garlic press.
Add the mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Add the soya sauce and prawns.
Heat through gently and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
