|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and chopped finely|
|Sunflower oil/Similar kind of oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled|
|Mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, de-seeded and sliced thinly|
|Tomatoes||4 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Wheat free soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Peeled prawns||1⁄2 Pound (1/4 Kilogram)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2|
Fry the onion in the oil.
Crush in the garlic, using a garlic press.
Add the mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Add the soya sauce and prawns.
Heat through gently and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
