This Italian dressing recipe is a flavorful dressing prepared with mixed spices and hot pepper sauce. With mingled flavors and a dash of celery salt, this italian dressing is best used with meat salads.
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar.
Cover and shake well.
Shake again just before serving.
