Italian Cheese Buns
|Hamburger buns/English muffins||8 , split|
|Italian seasoning/Mexican seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 Tablespoon|
|American cheese spread||5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place buns or muffins on baking sheet; toast in broiler.
Meanwhile, in small bowl combine Italian or Mexican Seasoning and water; let stand 1 minute.
Add cheese spread; mix well.
Stir in sour cream till smooth.
Spread mixture on toasted bun or muffin halves.
Place on baking sheet.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till cheese melts.
