Neapolitan Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lean pork chops 6
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper To Taste, finely chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a heavy skillet heat the oil, add the garlic and cook until browned. Discard the garlic. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides.
2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat until the chops are tender and cooked through, about thirty to thirty-five minutes
