|Bermuda onions||2 , thinly sliced (White Colored)|
|Ripe tomatoes||5 , sliced|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Fennel dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Basic, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix the white onions with the tomatoes.
Add the parsley, oregano, and fennel dressing.
Add salt and pepper.
Let this marinate for a few hours before dinner, and then be ready to be sorry you did not make more.
