Italian Cheese Fondue
|Canned tomato sauce with mushrooms||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Bread stick/Bite size pieces of italian bread||1 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Heat tomato sauce with mushrooms to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer.
Toss cheese with flour; add to tomato sauce.
When cheese melts, gradually add evaporated milk and seasonings; simmer, stirring, until smooth.
Keep hot and serve with bread sticks or Italian bread.
