How To Make A Caprese Salad

Ok, this is such a perfect lunch in my opinion!
Ingredients
  Beefsteak tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Fresh mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chiffonade
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Using a sharp knife, cut tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in thin slices.
2. Roll the basil leaves and cut in thin strips.

MAKING
3. In a serving platter, arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella slices.
4. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper on top.

SERVING
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic all over the top and serve.
