Broccoli Italiano is a beautiful broccoli recipe made with cheese and mayonnaise. Herbed with oregano, this broccoli italiano is best served as a side with rice or noodle casseroles or even meats.
|Broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie mayonnaise||4 Teaspoon|
|Romano cheese||4 Teaspoon, grated|
1. Combine broccoli, bouillon, and oregano in a saucepan and cook uncovered until broccoli is tender and most of liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise and Romano cheese.
