Low Salt Low Fat Chicken Italian
|Whole frying chicken||3 1⁄2 Pound, skinned|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
Cut the chicken in half.
Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
Bake in greased pan at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned and tender.
Begin with Pasta Primavera simply omit the salt, and cut down on the oil.
Add Herbed Cheese Spread on toast squares, a dry red wine, and you have a lovely meal.
