|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed and cooked in butter|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Shuck the oysters.
Rub each shell with the garlic butter, and place the oyster back in it.
Add salt and pepper.
To the bread crumbs, add the olive oil, parsley, and oregano.
Mix carefully, and sprinkle over the oysters.
Place the shells on a baking tray, and broil for about 10 minutes.
