Oysters Italian is simply a delicious recipe. A deadly combination of seafood and herbs will surely tempt you to prepare this Oysters Italian on every party!
Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Dozen
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed and cooked in butter
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Shuck the oysters.
Rub each shell with the garlic butter, and place the oyster back in it.
Add salt and pepper.
To the bread crumbs, add the olive oil, parsley, and oregano.
Mix carefully, and sprinkle over the oysters.
Place the shells on a baking tray, and broil for about 10 minutes.
