Full Of Bologna Casserole
|Raw potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed (About 1.5 Pieces)|
|Cubed bologna||1⁄2 Pound (About 1 1/2 Cups)|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||11 Ounce|
|American cheese slices||2 Large, quartered|
Combine all the ingredients except the american cheese, in a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, covered, on roast for 17 minutes or until tender.
Top casserole with cheese slices and heat, uncovered, on roast an additional 1 minute or just until cheese melts.
