Broccoli With Sicilian Sauce
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon, heated|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), thinly sliced|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Anchovy fillets||4 , chopped|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded american pasteurized process cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen broccoli||20 Ounce, cooked (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
Combine olive oil, onion, and garlic in a saucepan; cook until onion is softened but not browned.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken bouillon and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Add anchovies, olives, and cheese.
Stir only until cheese melts.
