Broccoli With Sicilian Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon, heated
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), thinly sliced
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 4 , chopped
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded american pasteurized process cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce, cooked (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
Directions

Combine olive oil, onion, and garlic in a saucepan; cook until onion is softened but not browned.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken bouillon and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Add anchovies, olives, and cheese.
Stir only until cheese melts.
