Italian Olive Oil Dressing

  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil/Olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), slashed
  Drained capers 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Combine vinegar, salt, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper in a jar with tight cover.
Shake until salt is dissolved.
Add oil, shake again; add garlic, capers, oregano, and parsley.
Give the jar a final shake, then let dressing stand until needed.
Before using, remove garlic and shake the jar again.
