Fresh Snap Bean Salad Italian Style

Ingredients
  Cooked green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)
  Cooked diced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovies 8 , diced
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce head 1
  Black olives 4
Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix lightly.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, add celery, anchovies, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
Mix lightly.
