|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Farina||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Scald (do not boil).
Stirring constantly, add farina in fine stream.
Cook and stir till thick.
Beat in eggs and half of cheese.
Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan.
Cut in slices 1/2 inch thick (4 inches long).
Overlap in greased 13x9x2 inch pan.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 425Â° for 25 to 30 minutes.
