Crunchy Bologna In A Bun
|Bologna||1 Pound (About 2.5 Inch In Diameter, In One Piece)|
|Bottled barbecue sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely crushed potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttered hot dog buns||4|
Cut bologna lengthwise into 6 pieces.
Coat each piece with the barbecue sauce, then with the potato chips.
Allow to stand about 30 minutes to set coating.
Grill about 4 inches from coals about 2 minutes on each side, or until coating is browned and the bologna is hot; turn carefully with two forks.
