Solar Steamed Minestrone Soup

Soups are often boiled to cook. The solar heater cooks the soup ingredients in steam. This appetizing dish appeals taste buds and has an irresistable aroma when fully cooked and served.
Ingredients
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fully cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepackaged)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow squash 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Grape tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Collard greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Northern beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Variety)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Orzo pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red wine To Taste
  Chicken bullion powder 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
Directions

First sweat onions, celery and bacon. Put them in a bowl and add salt, pepper and olive oil. Place the bowl in a solar heater. In another bowl mix yellow squash, grape tomatoes, collard green, beans, spinach, basil, parsley, pasta, chicken broth and salt and pepper. Mix them well and put the bowl in solar heater. The onion mixture is ready in 30 minutes. After 1 hour of cooking, stir the two mixtures and cook for another 2 hours or till it is well cooked. Garnish it with some parmesan cheese and parsley and serve.
