Easy Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp scampi is a lively and peppy shrimp recipe made with large shrimps. Marinated and broiled, these shrimps have the combined flavors of mustard, garlic and parsley with the hint of lemon juice. Served as appetizers or on the side, the shrimp scampi promises to add life to any meal!
Ingredients
  Large shrimp 2 Pound
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), pressed
Directions

Marinate shelled, deveined shrimp in mixture of remaining ingredients.
Preheat broiler to 500 °F.
Put shrimp in marinade in broiler pan 4-inches from heat 5 minutes.
Turn shrimp; broil 5 minutes.
