|Chick peas||15 Ounce, progresso (Garbanzo Beans Drained)|
|Marinated artichoke hearts||6 Ounce (Marinated)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Drained)|
|Herb garlic dressing/Italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Romaine||2 Bunch (200 gm), torn into bite size pieces|
|Leaf lettuce||1 Bunch (100 gm), torn into bite size pieces|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Sliced pepperoni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
1. Toss beans, artichoke hearts, olives and dressing in large bowl. Top with romaine and lettuce. Arrange eggs and pepperoni on salad greens. Sprinkle with pepper.
2. Cover and refrigerate up to 150 minutes. Toss just before serving.
