Italian Veggie And Macaroni Salad
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cooked)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Italian herb seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|French dressing||3 Tablespoon|
Cook macaroni until tender, but not soft, in well salted water with onion, celery, and garlic.
Add remainder of ingredients; mix well; chill.
Just before serving, stir in 3 tablespoons french dressing (optional).
