Creamy Italian Chicken

Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Italian Chicken. This slow cooker recipe was sent in by Kirsten Kite. She found this recipe online a few years ago, and it immediately became a staple at her home. When paired with rice, buttered pasta, or a green salad, this delicious entrée becomes a full meal!

Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound
Italian dressing mix 1 Packet
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz) ((fat free))
Low fat cream cheese 16 Ounce

Directions

MAKING:

1. To make this, just simply add the Italian dressing mix, water, and cream of chicken soup to a crock pot.

2. Then, dollop the cream cheese into the crock pot and add the chicken.

3. Let it cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

SERVING:

4. Even with the few ingredients it has, it is incredibly delicious. It pairs well with rice, buttered pasta, or salad.
