She found this recipe online a few years ago, and it immediately became a staple at her home. When paired with rice, buttered pasta, or a green salad, this delicious entrée becomes a full meal!
Boneless skinless chicken breasts | 1 Pound | |
Italian dressing mix | 1 Packet | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10 oz) ((fat free)) | |
Low fat cream cheese | 16 Ounce |
MAKING:
1. To make this, just simply add the Italian dressing mix, water, and cream of chicken soup to a crock pot.
2. Then, dollop the cream cheese into the crock pot and add the chicken.
3. Let it cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
