Gluten Free Crostini With Blue Cheese And Prosciutto

KC the G-Free Foodie shows you how to make Gluten Free Crostini with Blue Cheese and Prosciutto with Balsamic Vinegar.

Ingredients

Baguette 1 , sliced into in 1/4 inch rounds (Gluten Free, Against the Grain, its grain free too!)
Gluten free blue cheese 3 Ounce (1 wedge, try Oregon Blue or Cavemen Blue from Rogue Creamery)
Thinly sliced prosciutto 2 (3 oz each)
Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

MAKING:

Place baguette slice on baking sheet and toast for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Once done, allow to cool completely.

Spread blue cheese over slices and top with prosciutto.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar over it.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
