Ingredients

For the pesto
Roasted pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
Basil 2 Bunch (200 gm)
Olive oil 100 Milliliter
Grated parmesan 50 Gram
Garlic cloves 3
Licorice syrup 1/2 Teaspoon
Scallops 10
Bacon strips 10
Other ingredients

Directions

Making

For the pesto

Put all the ingredients into the food processor. Blend well.

Wrap scallops in bacon strips

Finalizing

Prepare the Monolioth cooker for medium direct heat and cook the scallops 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serving

Serve the bacon-wrapped scallops topped with pesto.
