|Canned peach halves||12 , drained|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted|
|Whipped cream/Ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
Place 2 peach halves on each piece of aluminium foil.
Turn sides of foil up and pour 1 tablespoon of sherry over each serving.
Seal foil firmly and place on barbecue over hot coals for approximately 10 minutes or until peaches are warm.
