1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
2. Spread tomato puree over the pizza base.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella and basil and then grated parmesan. Drizzle olive oil on top. Season with cracked black pepper.
4. Grill in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar and mustard together. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and season with cracked black pepper.
6. Slice and serve the pizza with the salad.Enjoy!
