Another healthy guilt free recipe from the "Swap that for This" series. Learn how to make a delicious healthy pizza with less saturated fat and salt than take away pizza.
Ingredients
For pizza
  Parboiled pizza base 1 , baked
  Tomato puree 3 Tablespoon
  Grated mozzarella 70 Gram
  Shredded basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper To Taste
For salad
  Greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Cracked black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.

MAKING

2. Spread tomato puree over the pizza base.

3. Sprinkle mozzarella and basil and then grated parmesan. Drizzle olive oil on top. Season with cracked black pepper.

4. Grill in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar and mustard together. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and season with cracked black pepper.

SERVING

6. Slice and serve the pizza with the salad.Enjoy!
