Broccoli Italian Style
|Broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Italian salad dressing||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped onion||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped ripe olives||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
Cook broccoli in simmering salted water until tender.
Drain thoroughly and keep hot.
Heat dressing in a small skillet.
Add garlic and onion.
Saute until just tender.
Stir in lemon juice and olives.
Pour over the hot vegetable.
