  Cooked sausage slices 6 (Sweet Or Hot)
  Salami slices 6
  Canned pimientos 1 Can (10 oz)
  Anchovy fillets 6
  Capers 3 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna fish 1 Can (10 oz)
  Green olives 12 Large
  Celery hearts 3 , halved lengthwise
  Italian antipasto 10 Ounce
  Tomato slices 6
  Peppers 4 (Sweet Or Hot/ In Oil Or Vinegar)
Directions

On an attractive serving platter, arrange Italian antipasto and tuna in center and add remaining ingredients for an attractive presentation.
Pass oil and vinegar dressing (vinaigrette) or spoon over top.
