Cheese Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
  Uncooked farina 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Well drained cooked chopped spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon, lightly browned in 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
  Butter/Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring milk, butter, salt, and nutmeg to boiling in a saucepan.
Add farina gradually, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.
Stir in spinach, egg, onion, and 1 cup shredded cheese; mix well.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls close together in a well-greased 9-inch shallow baking pan or casserole.
Sprinkle mounds with remaining cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach mounds.
Bake at 350°F 35 to 40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
