Toasted Cheesy Fingers
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, cut into cubes (125 gram)|
|Mayonnaise||25 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Bread slices||4 , toasted|
|Bacon slices||2 , chopped|
With blender motor running, drop in cubes of cheese and process until grated but not oily.
Add mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire, mustard, and pepper to taste; process until blended.
Spread on toast slices and cut each slice into thirds.
Sprinkle with bacon and bake in 450Â°F (230Â°C) oven for about 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly and bacon is crisp.
