10 Gram (2 roses or as needed)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4-1/2)
1. In a large mixing bowl, take egg whites and beat until fluffy.
2. Hold rose petal, one at a time, and apply beaten egg white on both sides.
3. Sprinkle powdered sugar and place them on wire rack. Let them dry for 6 hours.
4. Use them to decorate cakes and other dishes.
